Mojave National Preserve
Modification #9 of a solicitation of a Prospectus to operate Food and Beverage Service at Mojave National Preserve
The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate Food and Beverage Service, and related services, within Mojave National Preserve.
The NPS issued the Prospectus beginning Thursday, September 6, 2012, under the terms described in the Prospectus. The existing Concession Contract between the NPS and the existing Concessioner expires on October 31, 2013. The Director, pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, has determined that the existing Concessioner is a preferred Offeror for the Contract to be awarded. The term of the new Concession Contract will be for five (5) to ten (10) years. Any proposal, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by 4:00 p.m., June 11, 2013, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract.
